Karim Kiwan is the Director of Legal at the European Arab Students Union (EASU). Karim is originally from Lebanon but has has lived in Dubai, UAE, and Barcelona before pursuing a Law degree at IE University in Madrid, Spain. He is currently in his third year of his studies.

As Director for Legal, Karim is responsible for maintaining the legal integrity of the Union. This role involves managing EASU’s legal affairs, overseeing partnership agreements, and providing legal guidance to support the Union’s objectives. He envisions the EASU becoming the hub for Arab students and professionals in Europe, facilitating connections with peers and reliable service providers to ensure a smooth transition and experience.

Prior to joining the EASU, Karim served as Secretary General at The European Law Students Association (ELSA), where significant experience was gained in internal management of associations, strategic partnership development, and member base engagement.
